PixLite 16 MkII Long Range Control Board

SKU: LCO-1051-01
  • GTIN: 9360466000022

The PixLite 16 Long Range MkII has the same features as the PixLite 16 MkII Control Board. Up to 16,320 RGB pixels (12,288 RGBW pixels) and 4 DMX512 universes can be simultaneously controlled via ArtNet or E1.31.

The peculiarity of the PixLite 16 Long Range MkII is that the outputs are not directly on the board, but via standard Cat5 / 6 cables (not included) to up to 8 receiver units of the PixLite Long Range Isolated Receiver or the PixLite Long Range Receiver (not included). The outputs (to control the pixels) are then distributed to the individual boards, perfect for creating the structures of the different places (up to 300m away).

In addition to the 16 pixel outputs, the PixLite 16 Long Range MkII can control four additional DMX512 universes directly on the board (only via the E1.31 protocol) via four additional outputs. Thus, besides the pixels, e.g. a fog machine or multiple PAR headlights are controlled.

The PixLite 16 Long Range MkII supports the following protocols:

  •   sACN (E1.31)
  •   Art-Net

The PixLite 16 long range MkII is capable of multicast and unicast.

The total capacity is 96 DMX universes. It can thus be controlled up to 1,020 RGB pixels or 765 RGBW pixels per output. Each receiver card contains two outputs.

If you use non-CLOCK pixels, the PixLite 16 Long Range MkII can be used in expanded mode. That is, the CLOCK output becomes a DATA output. Thus, the outputs expand to 32 (4 per receiver card). In this mode, 510 RGB pixels or 384 RGBW pixels per output can be controlled.

The Advatek GUI Utility makes it very easy to configure the controller and update it to new firmware
