Shipping information

We ship only to the countries listed below by default. The shipping of your order will be calculated according to shipping weight and delivery country. You can see the respective costs in the table below.

Should you wish shipping to another country, then please write us an email to info@xmas-land.de and please tell us the item with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you in the short term whether we can also ship to the desired country and, if necessary, inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to ask our shipping partner in advance about the shipping option and the costs.

Delivery time information

Our delivery times stated in the article pages apply to deliveries to Germany.

The period for delivery shall commence in the case of payment in advance on the day after the payment order is issued to the remitting bank or, in the case of other methods of payment, on the day after conclusion of the contract and shall end with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such a day.

If you order several items from us as part of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time applies to the shipment of goods as a whole.

In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union, further costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).
