What is a custom order?
Anything that differs from our standard products, for example:
- a different pixel spacing than our standard strings
- a different number of pixels per string
- different connectors or cable lengths
- a different cable colour
What is the minimum quantity?
Custom orders are possible from 2,500 pixels per order. Below that, a dedicated production run is unfortunately not economical.
For smaller quantities we are happy to check whether a standard version fits, for example a string with a larger pixel spacing from our range or a standard string with extension cables.
How much does a custom order cost?
The price depends on the version and quantity and is calculated individually. A set-up fee is charged in addition. If a specific delivery date is required, an express surcharge may apply. We state all amounts in advance in our quotation.
How long does a custom order take?
Custom orders are produced specifically by the manufacturer and therefore take longer than stock items. The binding delivery time is stated in your quotation. Please plan early, especially before the Christmas season.

- pixel type (e.g. WS2811), voltage and pixel size
- required pixel spacing and pixels per string
- total quantity
- connector type
- place of use (indoor/outdoor)
- required delivery date
Custom orders are supplied against prepayment.
