In addition to your statutory warranty rights, we grant a 3-year warranty on the product advertised with this warranty promise. The warranty period begins on the invoice date. This warranty is territorially limited to the Federal Republic of Germany.

If material or manufacturing defects occur during this period, we will, at our discretion, provide one of the following services under this warranty:

• free repair of the product, or
• free replacement with an equivalent product (or a successor model if the original product is no longer available).

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty claims are excluded in cases of damage caused by:

• misuse or improper handling
• environmental influences (moisture, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.)
• failure to observe safety precautions
• failure to follow the operating instructions
• use of force (e.g. impact, shock, dropping)
• unauthorized repair attempts
• modifications to the product (e.g. cutting cables, opening housings)
• normal wear and tear
• defects already known to the customer at the time of purchase

Warranty Procedure

To claim warranty service, you must first allow us to inspect the product by sending it in. Please ensure adequate packaging to prevent damage during transport.

A copy of the original invoice must be enclosed when requesting warranty service. Without this invoice copy, we may refuse warranty service. The invoice copy is required to determine the warranty period.

In the case of a justified warranty claim, warranty processing is free of shipping charges. Any shipping costs advanced by you will be reimbursed.

Notice

Your statutory rights in the event of defects are not restricted by this warranty promise and may be exercised free of charge. Any existing statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
